jmonkeywood is a Dallas based furniture company that designs and hand makes pieces of furniture that are true to stand the test of time.

Founded by tinkerer and Dallas native Jessee Nava, each fixture is a result of a progressive style developed over several years. Growing more into woodwork, innovation comes largely from Los Angeles based Taylor Donsker from ‘Taylor Donsker Design’ and ‘Spark and Dowels’ Cooper Reynolds Gross.

Almost entirely self-taught, Jessee’s peaks interest with combining several elements together stems from his philosophy that one must become acutely obsessed in their work.
